As the co-founder of The Townsend Agency, Cynthia grew the firm from a two-person operation to one of San Diego’s largest agencies with 60 employees in just seven years. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer for Orca Communications, Cynthia leads strategic initiatives for the agency. She is also an Advisory Board Member for Vaya Consulting and manages her consultancy, CG Communications, supporting clients in preparing for funding rounds, IPOs, and acquisitions by positioning their brands for growth.
