As Founder and CEO of Sales4U, he helps brands navigate the retail landscape by identifying sales opportunities, breaking down barriers to market entry, and establishing products in top retail outlets. Rick’s background includes managing a $27 million home business at Fortunoff, once the leading home retailer, and leading sales for renowned design-focused brands such as Casabella, Built NY, PackIt, and Pedrini. His work in these roles included overseeing sales teams and helping secure equity deals, adding a financial and strategic edge to his retail expertise.


Currently, Rick heads retail sales efforts for brands including Pakt, BottleKeeper, Nod Products, and Phoozy, where he collaborates with internal teams to optimize retail placement and grow market share. His client base spans a wide range of premium retailers, from e-commerce leaders like Uncommon Goods to major chains like Target, Crate & Barrel, and CVS.
